Here is a picture of our Chef de Patisserie Adrian working on a White Chocolate Wedding Cake for the wedding of Rachel & James. The couple chose the design themselves from a picture on the internet and Adrian went to work creating a delicious Madiera Cake filled with Buttercream and Strawberry and coated in a thick layer of White Chocolate. The picture above shows Adrian adding some Lavender coloured Lustre to finish off. Congratulations must go to the happy couple.
